Step 1: Share Your Contact Information

On our Home Page, fill out the quick contact form:

  • Golfer’s Name
  • Graduation Year
  • City and State
  • Comments (optional)
  • ✅ No payment required to start.
  • ✅ No commitment — just get started with a quick conversation.

Step 2: Receive and Complete the Intake Form

After you submit your contact info, we’ll send you a personalized Google Sheet intake form to gather:

  • Tournament history
  • Academic information
  • Rankings and honors
  • Fast Facts (height, weight, home course, etc.
  • ✅ Organized, easy-to-complete format
  • ✅ Helps coaches find key information quickly

    Step 3: We Build Your Website

    Once your intake form is complete, we’ll build your professional, coach-friendly recruiting website using Notion.

    Step 4: Review and Approve

    We’ll share your website draft with you via Notion.

    You’ll be invited to access the page — even if you’ve never used Notion before, it’s very simple:

    • You’ll receive an invitation by email
    • You can log in with a free Gmail account (or any email)
    • You’ll be able to comment directly on the site for any changes you'd like
    • ✅ No special account setup required
    • ✅ Easy commenting feature — just leave notes, and we’ll make the edits

    Step 5: Launch Your Website!

    Once your site is approved, you’ll choose how you want to publish it:

    Option 1: Free Notion Domain (No Additional Cost)

    • We will give you full edit access to your completed website page.
    • You will duplicate the site into your own free Notion workspace (just one click).
    • You can publish it online immediately from your Notion account using a free link (e.g., yourname.notion.site).
    • You are responsible for updates moving forward.
    • ✅ No ongoing fees
    • ✅ You are responsible for updating tournament results, academics, etc.

    Option 2: Maintenance Service ($8/month)

    • If you want help updating your site, you can subscribe to our Maintenance Plan.
    • We'll keep your tournament results, academic info, and rankings up-to-date for you.
    • ✅ Stress-free updates
    • ✅ Tournament results always fresh for coaches

    Option 3: Custom Domain (Two Ways to Set It Up)

    If you want your own custom domain (like yourgolfername.com):

    DIY Method:

    • You purchase your domain separately (about $10–$20/year through GoDaddy, Google Domains, etc.).
    • Upgrade to Notion Plus Plan ($10/month = $120/year).
    • Pay an additional $10/month for domain connection via Notion Sites.
    • Total ongoing cost if you DIY:

    ➔ $10/month (Notion Plus) + $10/month (Domain Connection Fee) = $20/month ($240/year)

    ➔ Plus $10–$20/year for your domain registration.

    ✅ You fully manage your site and domain independently.
